An arcade mobile game where you pilot a UFO and abduct as many cows as you can before time runs out — self-published on Google Play.





SpaceCows is an arcade mobile game self-published on Google Play in August 2016. It started one night in September 2015 — originally under the working title Alienator — and grew into a four-month polish-and-ship cycle that became my first shipped game.
Designed and built in collaboration with Andressa Kranen, who handled the art and helped shape the original game design.

One night in September 2015 I told Andressa Kranen that I wanted to be a game developer but wasn’t sure I was good enough. She pushed past my insecurities, and we spent the rest of that same night designing the game together and producing the first art assets — all in a single session.
The next morning I started implementing it. By the end of that day there was a playable first version, called Alienator at the time.
From there it became a four-month polish-and-ship cycle: gameplay tuning, art revisions, store assets, and the rename to SpaceCows before the August 2016 launch on Google Play. It was my first shipped game and the project that proved to me I could actually do this.
