Sr. Unity Developer / Tech Lead
Joined Valiants: Arena post-alpha as Sr. Game Developer and later took over as Tech Lead — focused on tooling, packages, build pipelines, and live operations across PC, Mac, iOS and Android.
Joined Valiants: Arena after the alpha version as a Sr. Game Developer. The project’s core architecture was already in place — my first task was making the application core reusable for future projects, after which the work expanded into tooling (GameData pipeline, request/queue system, Logs and Analytics services, in-editor debug menu), in-game features (Team Management, Training Center, gacha, IAP, skin system, game stats), and the internal build distribution workflow on top of existing CI.
The Unity programming team was small — me plus 1–2 other developers — embedded in a broader cross-discipline team of 20+ (game design, producers, ownership, 2D and 3D artists, animators, QA).
After the original Tech Lead stepped down, I assumed the Tech Lead role for the rest of the development cycle. As Tech Lead, took on planning meetings and implementation decisions, coordinated directly across all the disciplines above, defined the team’s work pipeline (task creation → review → handoff), and helped create and organize the team’s Jira board.
